The apartment had no amenities, due to renovation, for nearly my entire lease, and nothing was done about it to compensate the residents. The apartments are affordable and well maintained. Although the area offers plenty of options for shopping, dining, and entertainment, Downtown Houston is only about a 25-minute drive away, making commutes into the city easier. Now school is about to start and I have nowhere to live. When we received the salad, it seemed a bit dark in color. Owner and management do nothing to properly fix issues, such as giant pot holes in the parking lot, broken sidewalks, garbage and dead plants/shrubs all over the property, water leaking from the ceiling, water coming up from the sinks and toilets to flood the floor, AC and heat go out and it takes many days to fix it, etc. That brought another one but by the time it came we were just ready to leave.
