Lighthouse Initiative:
Lighthouse is our flagship project designed to empower female employees through personal and professional growth. By connecting them with senior leaders, we offer workshops, trainings, and candid sessions to nurture development and leadership skills.
Beena empowers non-management female employees by providing income opportunities and exposing them to market trends, from embroidery patterns to color palettes. Through these sessions, we aim to guide women toward entrepreneurship.
Nisaab is a functional literacy program designed to enhance female workers' learning achievements. Using a high-quality digital curriculum, we’ve conducted 56 sessions, benefiting 650 women since July 2022.
Engage & Elevate sessions foster open conversations about challenges women face in the workplace and promote gender equality. These discussions include success stories to inspire personal and professional growth.
Skills Sphere offers a six-month stitching training program for women. Graduates gain the opportunity to join our stitching department, applying their skills in a professional setting and securing employment.
In partnership with IFC & CERB, Climate2Equal workshops educate female employees on waste reduction, recycling, and repurposing techniques, emphasizing their role in building a sustainable environment.
