By reducing manual reporting, we improve accuracy and streamline how information flows across departments. The system also helps identify bottlenecks earlier, supporting faster resolution and more efficient day-to-day operations.

We recently attended the ConnectHear Career Fair f We recently attended the ConnectHear Career Fair for Persons with Disabilities representing MG Apparel.

One of the most valuable parts of the event was meeting individuals from different backgrounds, hearing their experiences, and having honest conversations around work, accessibility, and opportunity. We connected with many talented candidates throughout the day and were reminded how important it is to create workplaces where people feel supported, seen, and able to contribute with confidence.
