Our company-sponsored programs include literacy and general skill enhancement, digital literacy. cybersecurity, and financial inclusion sessions. Beyond sessions. we offer specialized training in embroidery, kitchen gardening, and composting.
Additionally, our policies are also tailored to address the specific needs of our female employees, including maternity leaves, menstruation leaves, and flexible working options.
